Get to Know Us

Established in 1999 by founders Gayla Gardner and Donya Gardner, Twelve Days of Christmas, Inc. began with a unique mission for the new millennium. Instead of exchanging gifts within their own family, the founders organized twelve consecutive days of Christmas parties, urging friends to bring donations for less fortunate families in the Houston area. The compassionate ethos of our founding chapter has transcended geographical boundaries, giving rise to local chapters in New York, Virginia, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Oakland, Atlanta, and Detroit.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,

define their future and change the world.

Mission

Our mission is to share blessings with others through a collective effort, charitable activities, and community involvement. We are committed to remembering the true spirit of Christmas throughout the year with the gift of giving.

Our Mission

We Need Your Support Today!

As the National Chair of the Twelve Days of Christmas, Inc., I am honored to have the opportunity to lead this dynamic organization of  nine chapters and over 200 women who value our core mission of philanthropy for children and literacy. Philanthropy is not only about giving back to our communities, but also about investing in the future of our children. In my role, I have seen firsthand the impact that philanthropy can have on the lives of young individuals. Through local programming and initiatives focused on literacy, we have witnessed the transformation of children who are given the opportunity to discover the joy of reading and learning. These experiences not only enrich their lives, but also empower them to reach their full potential.

It is essential for us to recognize the significance of philanthropy in shaping the lives of our youth. By supporting initiatives that promote literacy and education, we are creating a foundation for their success and well-being. Every child deserves the chance to thrive, and the women of 12 Days embraces the call to action to provide them with the support they need to flourish. As National Chair of the Twelve Days of Christmas, Inc., I am committed to continuing our efforts in promoting literacy and education for children. I urge everyone to join us in making a difference by contributing to the betterment of our communities. Together, we can create a brighter future for all children, one where they have the opportunity to excel and achieve their dreams. Thank you for your continued support and dedication to the cause of philanthropy for children and literacy. Let us work together to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our youth.

In the Spirit of Christmas,
Meedie L. Bardonille

National Chair
